1. You do not need a driver. The 13-in-1 adapter is plug-and-play, so there is nothing to download. If a monitor is not working, continue with the steps below.
2. Confirm your Windows PC supports multiple displays through MST. MST, or Multi-Stream Transport, is the technology that carries more than one display over a single USB-C connection, and triple or extended display needs a PC that supports it.
3. Open each monitor's on-screen menu and set DisplayPort to version 1.2 or higher, or turn on MST if the option is listed. Some monitors need this before a second or third screen appears.
4. In Windows, open Display settings and set the screens to Extend, not Duplicate.
