If your FindAll Card (models ST-LFAWCK, ST-LFAWCW, and ST-LFAWCR) is not showing up in the Find My app, it is almost always because the battery is drained, Bluetooth is turned off, or pairing did not finish. Charge the Card, check a few settings on your iPhone or iPad, then pair it again using the steps below.
Steps to get your FindAll Card back into Find My
- Power on the FindAll Card. Press the power button once, and you should hear a beep that confirms it is on. If you do not hear a beep, the battery is likely drained, so charge it first.
- Charge the Card. A drained battery is the most common reason the FindAll Card will not appear. Place the Card on a Qi, Qi2, or MagSafe wireless charger (a wireless charger is not included). The status light is orange while charging and turns green when the Card is fully charged.
- Check your iPhone or iPad. Make sure it is running iOS 14.5 or later (or iPadOS 14 or later), and that Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Location Services are all turned on.
- Pair the Card again. Open the Find My app, tap Items, tap Add Item, then tap Other Supported Item. When "Satechi FindAll Card" is detected, tap Connect. Keep the app open during pairing. The Card powers itself off if it is not paired within 10 minutes of being turned on, so start pairing right after you power it on.
- If the Card belonged to someone else before you, it may still be linked to their Apple Account. The previous owner needs to remove it from their Find My app under Items, then Remove Item. Apple's security blocks pairing to a new Apple Account until that is done.
- Factory reset the Card and pair it fresh. Quickly press the power button 4 times, then press and hold on the fourth press for at least 3 seconds until you hear a beep. Once the Card resets, repeat the pairing steps above.
