Steps to fix charging on the Qi2 Wireless Car Charger

1. Connect the included USB-C cable to the USB-C connector on the Qi2 Wireless Car Charger, then plug the other end into a USB-C car adapter rated at 20W or higher and insert it into your car's power socket.
2. Look for the LED indicator on the charger, which illuminates once the Qi2 Wireless Car Charger is connected to power. If there is no light, the power source or the cable is the place to start.
3. Try a different power socket in your car, and try a different USB-C cable.
4. Confirm your iPhone supports MagSafe charging. An iPhone without MagSafe needs a magnetic attachment or a supported MagSafe case, neither of which is included.
5. Remove any case thicker than 3mm and any case with a metal plate, then place the phone back on the charging pad.
6. Reposition the phone on the charging pad so the built-in magnets snap it into alignment with the charging coil.
7. Check that the charger is assembled tightly. Snap the mount piece onto the back of the Qi2 Wireless Car Charger and twist the knob to secure the two pieces together.
8. Place a different MagSafe or Qi2 compatible iPhone on the Qi2 Wireless Car Charger to see whether the issue is the charger or the phone.
