Product Overview

The Type-C USB 3.0 3-in-1 Combo Hub plugs straight into one Type-C port and adds three USB-A 3.0 ports for keyboards, drives and other peripherals, plus SD and Micro SD card readers for pulling photos and video off camera cards. There is no cable and no software to install, and a power LED confirms the hub is seated correctly.

Setup

The Type-C USB 3.0 3-in-1 Combo Hub is plug-and-play, no drivers or software required.

1. Connect to a laptop: Plug the hub's USB-C connector into the Type-C USB port on your laptop.

2. Connect your devices: Connect your devices to the hub's ports. Only one card can be read at a time, either SD or Micro SD.

Note: When the hub is plugged in correctly the power LED turns on. To remove the hub, pull gently on its top side, straight out in the direction opposite to the connector.

Ports and Features

1. USB-C Connector: The built-in USB-C connector that plugs the hub directly into the Type-C port on your computer. There is no cable to attach.
2. Power LED Indicator: Lights up when the hub is seated correctly and receiving power. If it stays off, reseat the hub.
3. SD & Micro SD Card Readers (UHS-I): Separate SD and Micro SD card slots, both running at UHS-I speeds. Only one card can be read at a time, so the two slots cannot be used simultaneously.
4. 3x USB-A 3.0 Ports: Three USB-A 3.0 ports for data transfer, up to 5 Gbps. They are data only: they do not support charging, and they are not compatible with the Apple USB SuperDrive or other CD readers.

Important Limitations

USB-A ports are for data purposes only and do not support charging. Connecting a phone, battery pack or other device for power will not work on these ports.

USB-A ports are not compatible with Apple USB SuperDrive or other CD readers. Optical drives are not supported on this hub and will not be recognized.

SD and MicroSD slots cannot be used simultaneously. Only one card can be read at a time. Remove one card before you insert the other.
