Try these steps:

1. Some warmth during charging is normal, especially for GaN chargers and wireless chargers.
2. Ensure adequate ventilation around the charger.
3. If the charger is too hot to hold, emits a smell, or shows discoloration, advise the customer to stop using it immediately.
