If your Slim EX3 Wireless Keyboard won’t pair, try these steps:

• Make sure the keyboard is charged — connect the USB-C cable for about 15 minutes if you’re unsure.
• Hold the Bluetooth pairing button for 5 seconds until the LED flashes rapidly.
• On your device, remove any existing “Slim EX3” entries from Bluetooth settings, then scan again.
• If you have several Bluetooth devices paired, temporarily disconnect the others.
