If a monitor connected to your Thunderbolt 4 Slim Hub Pro shows no signal, try these steps:
- Make sure the hub’s power adapter is plugged into the DC port and a wall outlet. The LED turns orange when the hub has power and green once your computer is connected.
- Connect the monitor to one of the hub’s three Thunderbolt 4 ports using a USB-C display cable or a USB-C to HDMI or DisplayPort adapter, then try a different cable or adapter. The hub doesn’t have a built-in HDMI port.
- Base Apple M1, M2, and M3 Macs support only one external display through the hub, and macOS doesn’t support 8K output.
- Disconnect and reconnect the hub, then go to System Settings > Displays and click Detect Displays (hold the Option key on Mac).
- Test the monitor with a direct connection to confirm the monitor works.
- Confirm your computer supports video output through its USB-C port. Not all USB-C ports carry video.
If the problem continues after these steps, submit a support request.
