Setup

1. Connect to a USB-C host device: Plug the attached USB4 host cable into your computer's USB-C port.
2. Connect your devices: Connect your monitors, USB devices, and USB-C PD charger to the ports on the adapter.

Tip: When not in use, store the USB-C connector in the built-in cable slot to keep cables out of the way.

Functions

1. Host Cable Slot: Stores the USB-C connector of the host cable when not in use.
2. USB4 Host Cable (40Gbps Upstream): Connects the adapter to your computer.
3. USB-C PD Port (140W Max): Connect a USB-C PD charger for pass-through charging.
4. 2× HDMI Ports (up to 4K/60Hz): Connect your monitors.
5. LED Indicator: Shows power status.
6. 2× USB-A Ports (up to 10Gbps): Data ports.
7. 2× USB-C Ports (up to 10Gbps): Data ports.

• Powering On: White LED

Important

• For dual display support, your computer must support USB4 (40Gbps or higher) via its USB-C port. Check your device specs if you're unsure.
• Mac users with M1 or M2 (base model) can connect one external display at a time.
• The M3 base model needs to be used in clamshell mode (lid closed) to support dual displays.
• iPad and iPhone are not supported for dual extended display. A single display may work depending on your device and OS version.
• For the highest charging speed, your host device, power adapter, and charging cable must support USB Power Delivery (PD) 3.1 or higher. About 15W powers the adapter, so your laptop receives up to about 125W. Charging speeds may vary based on power adapter used.
• The USB-C data ports are for data transfer only and do not support video or display output. Use the HDMI ports to connect your monitors.
• Apple USB SuperDrive is not compatible with this adapter.
• Keep away from water and liquids. This adapter is not water-resistant. Exposure to moisture may cause permanent damage.
