The Slim W3 Wired Backlit Keyboard is compatible with MacBook Pro models that have a USB-C port. If the Slim W3 Wired Backlit Keyboard is not detected, reconnect it and restart your MacBook Pro.

1. Plug the Slim W3 Wired Backlit Keyboard directly into a USB-C port on your MacBook Pro. The LED turns on as soon as the keyboard is connected.
2. If the Slim W3 Wired Backlit Keyboard is still not detected, unplug the keyboard.
3. Restart your MacBook Pro.
4. Plug the Slim W3 Wired Backlit Keyboard back in.
