The equal (=) key on the Bluetooth Extended Keypad can stop working or type a different character when your keyboard input language or system language uses a layout other than U.S. English. The Bluetooth Extended Keypad layout is U.S. English only, and some keys change to match your system language settings.

To fix the equal key, change your keyboard input language back to U.S. English, or to another language that does not change the = key.
