If the number keys on the Aluminum Slim Rechargeable Bluetooth Keypad are not typing numbers, NumLock may be off or a system setting may be capturing the keys.
- On macOS: turn off Mouse Keys.
- On Windows: turn on NumLock using the On-Screen Keyboard.
