Satechi does not recommend using an HDMI to DisplayPort cable or other video converter cables with the 6-in-1 USB-C Slim Multiport Adapter. Converter cables can lower video quality and cause connection issues.

The HDMI port on the 6-in-1 USB-C Slim Multiport Adapter only supports direct HDMI connections. Connect an HDMI cable directly from the adapter to a 4K compatible display.
