If no sound comes from headphones connected to the audio jack port on the Satechi Pro Hub Mini, change the sound output setting on your Mac to the headphones. Your Mac's audio output settings must be changed when you use the 3.5mm headphone port.

The audio jack port on the Pro Hub Mini does not support high impedance headphones.
