Yes. Satechi lists both the MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) and the MacBook Air (13-inch, M1, 2020) as compatible with the 100W USB-C PD Wall Charger.
The MacBook Air (M1, 2020) came with a 30W charger. With the 100W USB-C PD Wall Charger, the MacBook Air draws only up to 30W, or whatever power the MacBook Air negotiates through USB-C Power Delivery.
A USB-C charging cable is not included. Use the original device cable or a certified cable.
