If charging on the USB-C 2 in 1 Wireless Charging Dock for Apple Watch and AirPods starts and stops, try these steps:

• Charge one device at a time. The Apple Watch side and the AirPods side can’t charge at the same time.
• Re-seat your device so it’s properly aligned on the charging area.
• Clean the charging surface, the back of your Apple Watch, and the bottom of your AirPods case.
• Make sure there are no metal objects or debris between the device and the dock.
• Plug the dock’s built-in USB-C connector straight into a USB-C wall adapter, ideally 20W or higher. Powering it from an iPhone limits it to about 1W.
