It shows that it is compatible with a MacBook Pro M2 but the USB-C port only provides charging up to 60W and my Mac's charger says 67W. Will that cause issues such as getting the message “Not Charging”?
You normally get the “Not Charging” status when your computer is connected to a power source that gives it enough power to run, but not enough power to charge the battery.
Since you will be using the Original Charger that came with the Mac, it will make up for any power diminishment on the hub and will not cause the Mac to show the “Not Charging” status.
Can I use this with the new iPad 10.9 10th gen?
Given that the new iPad uses USB-C connector, you will be able to connect the hub to the iPad and the ports will work.
However, the hub was designed for MacBook 12-inch models and due to the design of the hub (USB-C is not centered), it can be very unstable on the iPad and cause issues with connection over time.
Keep in mind that for iPads, you must use the files app to access the content of your external storage devices.
