What does a blinking orange light mean on my Quatro Wireless Power Bank?

A blinking orange light means that a foreign object has been detected. This could indicate that the device you're trying to charge wirelessly is misaligned or that something that doesn’t support wireless charging is placed on the charging pad.

Why aren’t my AirPods charging wirelessly?

AirPods will only charge wirelessly if they are in a Qi-compatible charging case and properly aligned on the pad. If those conditions aren't met, wireless charging won't begin.

Does the Quatro Wireless Power Bank come with a charging cable and power adapter included?

The package includes a USB-C to USB-C charging cable. A power adapter is not included. You should use a USB-C adapter capable of providing at least 18 W to ensure a quick recharge.

Can I charge the Quatro Power Bank with my computer?

No ; the Quatro Power Bank cannot be charged via a computer. It must be connected to a power adapter to charge, and that adapter should support 18 W or higher for optimal charging speed.

How do I charge my Apple Watch on the Magnetic Charger?

To activate the Apple Watch charging module, first power on the unit, then double-click the side button. Place your Apple Watch face-up on the designated charging module; it charges at up to 2.5 W.

Will the Quatro Wireless Power Bank work with the newly announced iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro?

Yes ; the Quatro supports Qi wireless charging and is compatible with the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro. However, it does not contain Apple's MagSafe magnets, so the devices will not magnetically align.

Does the Quatro Power Bank charge devices at full speed when all ports are used simultaneously?

Yes ; the Quatro Power Bank can charge devices at full speed even when all available outputs are in use. Use original or certified cables for best performance and to ensure optimal battery protection.

Will the Quatro Power Bank charge other smart watches?

The magnetic charging dock is built for the Apple Watch only. However, you can charge other smartwatches by using their original charging cable with the Quatro’s USB-A port.

Will the Power Bank charge other iPads that aren't an iPad Pro?

Yes ; the Power Bank can charge any iPad via the USB-A or USB-C port. iPads that use a Lightning connector can charge at about 12 W through the USB-A port. For faster charging (around 18 W), use a USB-C to Lightning cable with the USB-C port.

Will the Power Bank charge a MacBook?

The 18 W USB-C PD port may provide limited power, but most MacBook models require much higher wattage to charge effectively. Therefore, it may not meaningfully charge a MacBook.

Can the Quatro Power Bank charge other devices while it is charging itself?

Yes ; the Quatro supports pass-through charging. However, if the battery is at 0%, it’s recommended to charge the Power Bank from an adapter for at least 15 minutes before using it to charge other devices.
