4-Port USB-C Hub with PD keeps restarting when connected to the TB5 port of Mac Mini.

Ensure that none of the connected devices are incompatible with adapters or hubs. For example, the Logitech StreamCam (which is not recommended for use with USB adapters or hubs) is not recommended for use with adapters or hubs, as stated in Logitech’s guidelines. Disconnecting such devices may help resolve the issue.

Are there any additional accessories that come with the 4-Port USB-C Hub with PD, such as USB-C cables or adapters?

There are no additional accessories that come with the Hub, only the 4 Port USB-C Hub itself.

Can all ports on the 4-Port USB-C Hub with PD be used for data transfer and charging, or are some dedicated to specific functions?

Only one of the ports is capable of charging (Power Delivery 100W) and data transfer (10Gbps). The rest of the 3 ports support data only at 10Gbps.

Note: USB-C Data ports do not support charging or video output.

The hub can handle USB drives and external drives without performance degradation. However, connecting multiple external hard drives to all ports may cause disconnections due to the power consumption required during transferring/downloading.

Note: The max output voltage is 5V. Ensure that you are using devices that do not exceed this.
