Disconnecting such devices may help resolve the issue.

There are no additional accessories that come with the Hub, only the 4 Port USB-C Hub itself.

Only one of the ports is capable of charging (Power Delivery 100W) and data transfer (10Gbps). The rest of the 3 ports support data only at 10Gbps.
Note: USB-C Data ports do not support charging or video output.

The hub can handle USB drives and external drives without performance degradation. However, connecting multiple external hard drives to all ports may cause disconnections due to the power consumption required during transferring/downloading.
