Product Overview

The 4-Port USB-C Hub with Power Delivery adds four USB-C ports to a laptop or tablet through one braided cable: three data ports at 10 Gbps, plus a Power Delivery port that carries data at the same 10 Gbps and accepts up to 100W from your charger so it can pass up to 75W through to your host device.

Setup

The 4-Port USB-C Hub with Power Delivery is plug-and-play, no drivers or software required.

1. Connect to a laptop or tablet: Plug the hub's USB-C connector into the USB-C port on your laptop or tablet.

2. Connect your devices: Connect your drives, accessories, and USB-C charger to the hub's ports.

Ports and Features

1. USB-C Connector: The attached braided USB-C cable that connects the hub to your laptop or tablet.
2. LED Indicator: The small light on the top face. It lights up when the hub is connected and powered.
3. USB-C PD Port (100W Input)(75W Output Max)(10Gbps): The port marked with a lightning bolt. Plug your USB-C charger in here: it accepts up to 100W of input and passes up to 75W through to your host device. It also transfers data at up to 10 Gbps.
4. USB-C Data Port (10Gbps): USB-C data port, up to 10 Gbps. It does not support video output, and it charges connected devices at a maximum of 5V/1.5A.
5. USB-C Data Port (10Gbps): USB-C data port, up to 10 Gbps. It does not support video output, and it charges connected devices at a maximum of 5V/1.5A.
6. USB-C Data Port (10Gbps): USB-C data port, up to 10 Gbps. It does not support video output, and it charges connected devices at a maximum of 5V/1.5A.

Important Limitations

USB-C Data Ports will not support video output, but support max 5V/1.5A charging. The three data ports carry data and up to 5V/1.5A of charging. None of them drive a display.

Connected single peripheral should not exceed power requirements above 5V/2A. This is the limit for any one device plugged into the hub. Devices that need more power than that should use their own power supply.

When connecting audio devices, please ensure to adjust sound settings under System Preferences > Sound > Input/Output. Select the connected device as your input or output there, otherwise your host keeps using its built-in audio.
