Quick Start Guide
What's in the Box
Bluetooth Extended Keypad, USB-C charging cable, user manual.
Step 1: Charge the Keypad
Connect the included USB-C cable to fully charge the keypad before first use. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours. The LED indicator turns off when charging is complete.
Step 2: Turn On and Pair
- Slide the power switch on the back to ON.
- Press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button for 3 seconds until the LED flashes blue.
- On your Mac, open System Settings > Bluetooth and select "BT Keypad" from the device list.
- If prompted, type the pairing code displayed on screen using the keypad, then press Enter.
Step 3: Start Using
The Extended Keypad provides a full numeric keypad layout with additional navigation keys (Home, End, Page Up, Page Down, arrow keys, Delete, and Forward Delete). It pairs via Bluetooth and works alongside your existing keyboard.
Multi-Device Pairing
The Extended Keypad supports pairing with up to 3 devices. Use Fn + 1, Fn + 2, or Fn + 3 to switch between paired devices.
Pairing on Windows
Windows requires pairing through the Control Panel > Devices and Printers (not Bluetooth Settings). See our full guide: Connecting Your Keyboard or Keypad to Windows 10/11
Troubleshooting
Keypad Not Discoverable
Turn off the keypad, wait 5 seconds, turn it back on, and re-enter pairing mode.
Keys Typing Wrong Characters
Make sure Num Lock is active (press the Num Lock/Clear key). On macOS, the behavior of the numeric keypad may differ from Windows. If keys produce unexpected results, toggle Num Lock.
