What's in the Box
Dock5 Multi-Device Charging Station, USB-C power cable, power adapter, user manual.
Step 1: Connect Power
Plug the included USB-C cable into the back of the Dock5, then connect the power adapter to a wall outlet. The Dock5 requires external power to charge multiple devices simultaneously.
Step 2: Place Your Devices
The Dock5 charges up to 5 devices at once:
- Wireless Charging Pad (top): Place a Qi-compatible phone on the top surface for wireless charging (up to 10W).
- 4x Slots: Slide phones, tablets, or e-readers into the upright slots. Connect each device using its own charging cable (not included) to the USB ports on the back of the Dock5.
Step 3: Organize Cables
Route cables through the cable management area at the base of the Dock5 to keep your desk tidy.

Troubleshooting
Wireless Charging Not Working
Make sure the phone is centered on the charging pad. Remove thick cases (over 3mm) or cases with metal plates. Confirm your phone supports Qi wireless charging.
Devices Not Charging via USB
Check that the power adapter is connected. Try a different USB cable. The Dock5's USB ports provide charging power only and do not transfer data.
