Troubleshooting
Keyboard Not Responding
Unplug the USB-C cable and plug it back in. Try a different USB-C port. If your computer only has USB-A ports, use a USB-C to USB-A adapter.
Function Keys Not Working as Expected
On macOS, go to System Settings > Keyboard and toggle "Use F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys." When off, the top row acts as media/shortcut keys by default (recommended).
Some Keys Behave Differently on Windows
The W1 is designed for macOS. On Windows, Command maps to the Windows key and Option maps to Alt. Some macOS-specific keys (Launchpad, Mission Control) will not function on Windows.
