Troubleshooting
Keyboard Not Responding
Unplug the USB-C cable and plug it back in. Try a different USB-C port on your computer. If your computer only has USB-A ports, use a USB-C to USB-A adapter.
Function Keys Sending F1-F12 Instead of Media Keys
On macOS, go to System Settings > Keyboard and check the "Use F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys" setting. Toggle this off to use the top row as media/shortcut keys by default.
