Is the watch charger on the OntheGo™ 3-in-1 Charger compatible with my Samsung Watch?

Unfortunately, the watch charger module was designed specifically for the Apple Watch series and will not be compatible with other smartwatches.

Can you charge devices (phone, earbuds) with cases on them?

To get the most out of your OntheGo™ 3-in-1 Charger, we suggest using MagSafe or Qi2-compatible cases for your phone. It's best to steer clear of non-magnetic cases or those thicker than 2.5mm when using the Qi2 charger. Please avoid metal cases or any cases thicker than 2.5mm for the wireless earbud charger, as they might affect charging performance.

Will the OntheGo™ 3-in-1 Charger supports devices equipped with Qi technology and not Qi2?

Yes, but the charging speeds will be limited to the capabilities of the host device. For Android, it’s 10W, while for iPhone, it’s 7.5W.

Does it work with Android devices?

Yes, as long as your Android device supports Qi or Qi2 wireless charging and uses a compatible magnetic case or adapter ring. 

What colors are available for the OntheGo™ 3-in-1 Charger?

Black, Sand, and Desert Rose. 

What devices are compatible with the OntheGo™ 3-in-1 Charger?

The charger supports wireless charging for the following devices:

• iPhones with Qi2 support (iPhone 12 and newer)
• Apple Watch (all series, MFi-certified)
• AirPods with a wireless charging case (Qi-compatible)
• Other non-MagSafe or non-Qi2 devices, as long as they can lay flat on the charging surface

Can I charge my iPhone in portrait mode using the OntheGo™ 3-in-1 Charger?

No, it does not support portrait mode. 

Does the OntheGo™ 3-in-1 Charger support landscape mode for iPhone?

Yes, it supports different Hands-free viewing modes: 

• Landscape/ StandBy or Flat Mode for iPhone
• Flat or Nightstand Mode for Apple Watch 

Will the OntheGo™ 3-in-1 Charger work with my Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro or Anker earbuds that has a wireless charging case?

Yes. It will work with any earbuds that utilize the Qi Wireless charging technology.  

Can I use my MacBook Power adapter on the OntheGo™ 3-in-1 Charger?

Yes. You can use any USB-C power adapter on the charger. We recommend at least a 36W or higher power adapter.  

Can the OnTheGo charger charge my devices from my laptop’s USB-C port?

We strongly advise using a power adapter with a minimum wattage of 36 watts (or a higher capacity) when charging your devices. Laptops usually have a maximum output of 15 watts or may not provide any power output at all. Therefore, utilizing a dedicated power adapter is essential for optimal performance.

Will my devices charge faster when charging one device at a time?

No, each charging bay will output a fixed wattage regardless of which device is being charged.

15W for Qi2 Wireless charging (phone), and 5W for both AirPods and Apple Watch charging pucks.

Is this compatible with all Apple Watch series?

It is compatible with all Apple Watch series, but there is only fast charging with series 7 or newer, excluding SE series.   

For Qi charging, do I need a magnetic case or an adapter ring?

You will only need a magnetic case for mounting, not charging. Non-magnetic devices or cases can still charge if the device supports wireless charging and the stand is laid flat. 

Is a power supply and cable included with the OntheGo™ Qi2 3-in-1 Wireless Charger?

The OntheGo™ Qi2 3-in-1 Wireless Charger only includes a USB-C to USB-C charging cable. Users must provide their own USB-C power adapter with a minimum output of 36W.
