This Quick Start Guide covers setup of the Satechi Dual USB-C Hub For Surface Pro 9 (ST-HSP9P): a dual USB-C hub for the Surface Pro 9 with USB4, 4K HDMI, USB-C and USB-A data, and a microSD/SD card reader.

Setup steps

Step 1: Connect the hub into the two Thunderbolt ports on your Surface Pro 9 with the Satechi logo facing towards the screen.

Step 2: Use the USB4 port to charge your device up to 94W, output video up to 6K/60Hz, or transfer data up to 40Gbps.

Step 3: When using the USB4 port for video output, it is recommended to use the proprietary charger to keep the Surface Pro 9 charged unless your connected monitor supports charging.

Step 4: Use the USB-C and USB-A ports for fast data transfer speeds – up to 10Gbps

Does not support charging or CD readers including Apple SuperDrive.

Step 5: Use the HDMI port to output up to 4K / 60Hz with an external monitor.

Step 6: Insert microSD or SD cards into the card reader slots.

UHS-I speeds - up to 104MB/s. Supports synchronous use.
