Connect to your Mac
Plug the USB-C cable into your MacBook. Click Allow Accessories if prompted.

Use a USB-C to HDMI cable for an external monitor. Arrange in System Settings → Displays.

Resolve the most common issues in minutes.
 Display not detected
→ Check USB-C cable is in the host port, not a data port.
→ Use a USB-C to HDMI 2.0+ cable.
→ Go to System Settings → Displays → Detect Displays.
 USB device not recognised
→ Reconnect the hub to your Mac to reset the controller.
→ Try a different port on the hub.
 Not charging Mac
→ Ensure you are connected to the hub's host port.
→ Use a 20W+ USB-C power adapter for full charging speed.
