Compatibility
The FindAll card with Find My is compatible only with:
iPhone 12 series or later
iOS 14.5 or later
Two-Factor Authentication enabled
Turn on Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID
On iPhone
Settings > Your Name > Password & Security > Turn On Two-Factor Authentication > Continue and follow onscreen instructions.
On Mac
Apple Menu > System Settings (or Preferences) > Your Name (or Apple ID) > Password & Security > Turn On and follow instructions.
On the Web
Go to appleid.apple.com > Sign in > Answer security questions > Tap Continue to update account security > Follow instructions.
Enable Find My on iPhone
Go to Settings
Tap Your Name > Find My
Tap Find My iPhone and toggle it ON
Additional Setup Requirements
Turn on Bluetooth
Ensure Wi-Fi or cellular connection is active
Turn on Location Services
Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Turn On
Pairing the FindAll Card with Find My
Confirm the iPhone is set up with Find My and the FindAll Card is powered on
Open the Find My app
Go to Items > Tap Add New Item
Tap Other Supported Item
Once detected, tap Connect
Follow onscreen steps to name and register the item
Confirm it appears in the Items list
Note:
If not detected, perform a factory reset and retry
Do not exit the Find My app during pairing
Removing the FindAll Card from Apple ID
Ensure Passport Cover is connected
Open the Find My app
In Items, select the Card
Tap Remove Item > Remove to confirm
Note:
If the card is not connected during removal, a factory reset is required before it can be paired again.
How to Locate the FindAll Card
Via Map
Open the Find My app
Go to the Items tab
Select the Card
Tap Directions to view its location in Apple Maps
Play Sound Alert
In the Find My app, tap Items
Select the Wallet > Tap Play Sound
Note:
This works only if the Passport Cover is within Bluetooth range (~160 ft / 50 m) and your iPhone, iPad, or Mac is connected to a network
Set Up “Notify When Left Behind”
Open the Find My app
Tap Items > Select your Wallet
Scroll down > Tap Notify When Left Behind > Turn ON
Mark as Lost
Open the Find My app
Go to Items > Select the Wallet
Scroll to Lost Mode > Tap Enable
Tap Continue, enter your phone number/email
Tap Activate
Charging FAQs
Charge the FindAll Card with a wireless charger. (Note: wireless charger not included). During charging, the status light will be orange. When fully charged, the status light will turn green.
The Apple Find My network provides an easy, secure way to locate compatible personal items using the Find My app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, or the Find Items app on your Apple Watch.
To use the Apple Find My app to locate this item, the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS is recommended. The Find Items app on Apple Watch requires the latest version of watchOS.
