Product Overview

This card-sized tracker slips into a wallet, card holder, or bag pocket and makes it trackable in the Apple Find My app. Pair it once with your iPhone, and you can view its location from your iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Watch, play a chime to find it nearby, and get help from the Find My network even when it is out of Bluetooth range. The built-in battery lasts up to 16 months per charge and recharges on any MagSafe, Qi, or Qi2 wireless charger, no cables needed.

Setup

No cables or tools required: power on the card, then add it as an item in the Apple Find My app on your iPhone.

1. Prepare: Ensure your iPhone is set up and your FindAll™ Card is powered on. To power on, press the On/Off Button once: you will hear a confirmation sound.
2. Open Find My: Open the Apple Find My app.
3. Add New Item: In the Items tab, tap Add New Item.
4. Other Supported Item: Tap Other Supported Item (your iPhone will search for your FindAll™ Card).
5. Connect: Once "Satechi FindAll™ Card" is detected, tap Connect.
6. Name and register: Follow the onscreen steps to name it and register it to your Apple ID.
7. Verify: Ensure your FindAll™ Card appears in Items. If not, remove the item, perform a factory reset (see below), then reconnect.

Note: Do not leave the Apple Find My app while pairing your FindAll™ Card.

Power On, Off, and Factory Reset

1. Power on: Press the power button once. You will hear a confirmation sound, indicating it is turned on.
2. Power off: Quick-press the power button 2 times, then long-press the 3rd time for at least 5 seconds. You will hear two beeps, indicating your FindAll™ Card is powered off. (When the device is powered off, you cannot find or view its location.)
3. Factory reset: Quick-press the power button 4 times, then long-press the 5th time for at least 3 seconds. You will hear a confirmation sound, indicating that the factory reset is complete.

Note: If your FindAll™ Card is not paired within 10 minutes, you will hear a beep and it will automatically power off. Power on to continue pairing.

Charging

Charge your FindAll™ Card by placing the wireless charging area (marked with a lightning bolt on the back) on a MagSafe, Qi, or Qi2 wireless charger. Note: Wireless charger not included. The card does not have magnets, so it rests on the charger rather than snapping into place.

LED Indicators: Orange: charging. Green: fully charged.

Battery: Battery life up to 16 months on a single charge (may depend on use of the device). Recommended to fully charge your FindAll™ Card once every 12 months.

Functions

1. LED Indicator: The small status light in the top left corner of the front face. Orange while charging, green when fully charged.
2. On/Off Button: The power button on the front face. One press powers the card on. Quick-press 2 times then long-press the 3rd time (5+ seconds) to power off. Quick-press 4 times then long-press the 5th time (3+ seconds) to factory reset.
3. Wireless Charging: The charging area on the back of the card, marked with a lightning bolt. Place this area on a MagSafe, Qi, or Qi2 wireless charger to recharge the built-in battery. Wireless charger not included; the card has no magnets and will not magnetize to the charger.

Important Limitations

Requires an iPhone or iPad for setup: Compatible with iOS, iPadOS, and macOS after initial pairing with an iPhone or iPad.

Wireless charger not included: Compatible with Qi, Qi2, and MagSafe wireless chargers, sold separately.

No magnets: The FindAll™ Card does not have magnets. It will not magnetize to wireless chargers, so lay it flat on the charging pad.

Connection range: 10 to 20 m indoors, 20 to 50 m outdoors.

No tracking while powered off: When the device is powered off, you cannot find or view its location in Find My.

Auto power off: If the card is not paired within 10 minutes of powering on, it will beep and automatically power off. Power on to continue pairing.

Temperature and water: Do not expose the device to temperatures below -10°C (14°F) or above 35°C (95°F). Do not expose it to an open flame or submerge it in water, as this will damage the device.

Do not disassemble or modify: Disassembling, modifying, or using sharp objects on the device, or exposing it to corrosive liquids or high humidity, can seriously damage it and void the warranty. Always check the device and accessories for damage before use; if damaged, do not use the device.
