This User Manual covers setup, features, charging, and troubleshooting for the Satechi FindAll™ Card (ST-LFAWCK / ST-LFAWCW / ST-LFAWCR). The FindAll™ Card is a slim, rechargeable item tracker that integrates with Apple's Find My network, plays an audible alert on command, and includes an NFC tag for quick information sharing.
What's in the Box
- FindAll™ Card (ST-LFAWCK, ST-LFAWCW, or ST-LFAWCR)
- User Manual
Setup
- Charge the FindAll™ Card using any Qi-compatible wireless charger (not included). The status LED will be orange while charging and green when fully charged.
- To power on the Card, press the power button once. The Card will beep to confirm it is on.
- Open the Find My app on your iPhone (iOS 14.5 or later) and tap the Items tab.
- Tap "Add Item" and follow the on-screen instructions to pair the FindAll™ Card to your Apple ID.
- Place the Card in your wallet, bag, luggage, or other item you want to track.
Find My Network
Once paired, the FindAll™ Card uses Apple's Find My network — a crowdsourced network of hundreds of millions of Apple devices — to anonymously relay its location to you. You can view the Card's last known location in the Find My app on iPhone, iPad, or Mac at any time.
Playing a Sound
To make the FindAll™ Card play an audible alert (to locate it when it is nearby), double-press the power button. The Card will emit a sound to help you find it. You can also trigger the sound remotely from the Find My app.
NFC Tag
The FindAll™ Card includes a built-in NFC tag. Hold the back of an NFC-enabled iPhone near the Card to read the tag. You can program the NFC tag using a compatible NFC app to display contact information, a URL, or other data — useful if a good samaritan finds the Card and your item.
Lost Mode
To mark a FindAll™ Card as lost, open the Find My app, select the Card under Items, and tap "Enable Lost Mode." You can include a phone number or message that will appear when someone scans the NFC tag, increasing the chance the item is returned.
Charging the Card
The FindAll™ Card charges wirelessly on any Qi-compatible wireless charging pad. Place the Card face-up on the charger. It is recommended to charge the Card before the battery is fully depleted. A full charge provides several months of battery life depending on usage.
LED Status
- Orange LED — Charging in progress
- Green LED — Fully charged
- Beep on power-on — Card is powered on and operational
Troubleshooting
- Card not appearing in Find My — Ensure your iPhone is running iOS 14.5 or later. Confirm the Card is powered on. Open Find My, tap Items, and tap the + icon to add it.
- Card not charging — Place the Card directly on the center of the wireless charging pad. Remove any case from the charger. Ensure the charger is plugged in and active.
- NFC not reading — Hold the top edge of your iPhone (where the NFC antenna is located) close to the back of the Card. Some cases may block NFC — remove the case if needed.
