This Quick Start Guide covers setup of the Satechi Aluminum Stand & Hub for iPad Pro (ST-TCSHIPM): connecting your iPad Pro, charging over USB-C PD, outputting 4K over HDMI, using the USB-A and card reader ports, and connecting audio.

Setup steps:

Step 1: Use the built-in USB-C cable to connect to your iPad Pro or USB-C device.

Step 2: Connect a USB-C charging cable (not included) to the USB-C PD port – up to 60W.

Requires USB-C PD power adapter (not included)
USB-C PD port does not support video/data

Step 3: Use the HDMI port to output 4K display to compatible HDMI-enabled monitor – up to 60Hz.

Requires a direct HDMI connection

Step 4: Use the USB-A data port to connect USB thumb drives or peripherals – up to 5 Gbps.

Does not support charging or CD readers, including Apple SuperDrive

Step 5: MicroSD and SD card readers can be used simultaneously.

Step 6: Connect wired headphones or a microphone to the 3.5mm audio jack port.
