Connection Output & Port Schematics
Why did my device stop charging?
Our 145W GaN Travel Charger automatically detects connected devices and intelligently adjusts power distribution to deliver the appropriate wattage for each one.
If a device stops charging, try the following steps:
Disconnect all devices and cables from the charger, then unplug the charger from the power source.
Reconnect devices one at a time, starting with the highest‑power device on PD port #1.
Is this charger compatible with Windows?
Yes, the 145W GaN Travel Charger is compatible with most Windows laptops and Android devices that feature a USB‑C port.
Ensure your device supports one of the following protocols for optimal performance:
• Thunderbolt 3
• Thunderbolt 4
• USB4
• USB 3.1 Gen 1
• USB 3.1 Gen 2
• USB 3.2 Gen 2 (2x1 or 2x2)
When charging four devices simultaneously, follow the port schematics to ensure proper power distribution. Connect your highest‑power device to PD1:
PD1: 65W
PD2: 30W
PD3: 25W
PD4: 20W
Should I be worried about charging a smaller device that only needs 20 W-30 W like my iPhone 15?
The 145W GaN Charger automatically detects connected devices and intelligently allocates power.
It delivers only the required wattage for each device, ensuring safe charging. Using a charger with higher or lower wattage than the device’s maximum rating will not cause any damage.
Can this charger be used outside of the US?
Yes, the charger supports worldwide AC voltage input (110-240V).
It includes travel adapters for AU, EU, UK, and US outlets.
Does it include charging cables for my devices?
No. The charger itself does not include any charging cables. You will need your own USB‑C cables suitable for the devices you intend to charge. We recommend high-quality USB‑C PD cables for safe and optimal performance.
Can this also charge my non‑Apple devices like my Windows laptop and Android smartphone?
Absolutely. The charger is fully cross-platform. Any USB‑C PD-enabled device, including Windows laptops, Android phones, tablets, and power banks, can be charged efficiently.
What are the standard operating temperatures for this charger?
The standard operating temperature for this charger is 86-122°F (30-50°C). It is normal for the charger to become warm while in use, and this does not affect performance or damage connected devices.
Can this charge power banks or battery packs?
This charger supports charging power banks. When using all four ports, always connect the highest‑wattage device to the top port for optimal power distribution.
