 Keyboard won't pair or connect
→ Turn off and on, then hold power 3 sec to re-enter pairing mode.
→ Remove from Bluetooth settings and pair fresh.
 Not turning on
→ Charge via USB-C for 30 minutes ; battery may be fully depleted.
 Keys not responding correctly
→ Check macOS keyboard layout in System Settings → Keyboard matches your layout.
