Display Configuration

Troubleshooting
Dock Not Powering On
Verify the power adapter is connected to both the dock and a wall outlet. The dock cannot operate without external power.
Laptop Not Charging Through Dock
Make sure you are using the included Thunderbolt 4 cable connected to the upstream port (marked with a laptop icon). Third-party cables may not support the required power delivery.
External Display Not Detected
Try a different HDMI or Thunderbolt cable. On Mac, go to System Settings > Displays and hold Option to reveal "Detect Displays." On Windows, press Win + P to select your display mode.
