What is Included

The 165W USB-C 4-Port PD GaN Charger comes with the charger unit and a detachable power cable. No additional setup or software is required. Plug it in and connect your USB-C devices.

Port Layout and Power Distribution

The charger has four USB-C Power Delivery ports. The total power output is 165W, and the power automatically redistributes based on how many devices are connected:

1 device connected: Up to 100W on any single port.

2 devices: Port 1 delivers up to 100W, Port 2 up to 60W.

3 devices: Configuration varies. Typical distribution: 100W + 30W + 30W, or 60W + 60W + 45W depending on which ports are used.

4 devices: Typical distribution: 60W + 45W + 30W + 30W.

The charger negotiates power delivery automatically. You do not need to manually select power levels.

Charging Your Devices

Connect your device using a USB-C cable. The charger supports USB Power Delivery (PD) and PPS protocols, providing fast charging for MacBooks, iPads, iPhones, Samsung Galaxy devices, Nintendo Switch, and other USB-C devices.

For the fastest MacBook charging, connect it to the first port when no other devices are plugged in (100W). A 16-inch MacBook Pro charges effectively at 60W or higher, though charge speed will be slower than with Apple's included 140W charger.

GaN Technology and Heat

This charger uses Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology, which allows a higher power output in a smaller size compared to traditional silicon chargers. The charger may feel warm during use, especially when charging multiple devices at full power. This is normal and within safe operating temperatures.

Safety

The charger includes built-in overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown. If the charger shuts off unexpectedly, unplug it, wait 60 seconds, and plug it back in. If it continues to shut off, reduce the number of connected devices or contact support.
