How many devices can I pair at once?

Both the keyboard and mouse can store pairing information for up to 8 devices each. You can quickly switch between previously paired devices by holding the device select button.

How do I pair the 2.4 GHz wireless USB-C dongle if it isn't detecting?

STEP 1: CONNECT THE KEYBOARD

1. Remove the included 2.4GHz USB-C receiver from the storage slot on the back of the keyboard.
2. Insert the receiver into the USB-C port on your device.
3. The CEX1 or CEX3 keyboard should connect automatically.

Note: If the keyboard does not connect automatically:

• Remove the 2.4GHz receiver from the device.
• Press and hold the Fn key, then press the 2.4GHz dongle icon on the keyboard to enter pairing mode.
• Reinsert the 2.4GHz receiver into the device.
• The keyboard should now pair with the receiver.

STEP 2: CONNECT THE MOUSE

4. Remove the 2.4GHz receiver from the device (the keyboard will remain paired).
5. Turn on the mouse and verify that the bottom pairing LED is set to the 2.4GHz dongle icon. Once confirmed, turn the mouse off.
6. Press and hold the right and middle mouse buttons, then turn the mouse on to enter pairing mode.
7. Reinsert the 2.4GHz receiver into the device. The mouse will pair with the same receiver.

FINAL RESULT

Both the keyboard and mouse are now connected to the same 2.4GHz USB-C receiver.

Can I use the keyboard and mouse separately?

Yes. Both devices pair independently, so you can use them on different devices simultaneously or use just one if needed.

What's the difference between CEX3 and CEX1?

The CEX3 is a full-size keyboard with 104 keys and a numeric keypad, ideal for desks. The CEX1 is compact with 78 keys, designed for portability and travel.

How long does a full charge take?

A full charge takes approximately 2 hours via USB-C cable. The LED indicator will turn green when fully charged.

Will my devices reconnect automatically?

Yes. Once paired, your combo will automatically reconnect to any previously paired device when you enable Bluetooth.

What if the keyboard or mouse isn't responding?

Ensure the device is charged and Bluetooth is enabled on your computer. If unresponsive, unpair the device and re-pair it fresh by holding the power button for 3 seconds.

Is the keyboard backlit?

The keyboard features adjustable white backlighting with multiple brightness levels. Toggle with the brightness keys.
