Important Notes
8K resolution requires HDMI 2.1 hardware on both ends: To achieve 8K resolution, your host device must have an HDMI 2.1 port and an 8K-capable GPU. The external monitor must also support 8K resolution. Connecting to devices without HDMI 2.1 will result in lower output resolutions.
Mac devices are limited to 4K/60Hz: Due to macOS limitations, Mac computers are limited to 4K/60Hz output via this cable, regardless of display capability.
HDMI 2.1 cable required for 8K and high-refresh 4K: This cable is required for resolutions above 4K/60Hz (such as 4K/120Hz or 8K/60Hz). Standard HDMI 2.0 cables cannot carry these signals.
