Parts Reference

1. USB-C Charging Port — Connect the included USB-C cable here to charge the mouse.
2. Left Click Button — Primary click button.
3. Right Click Button — Secondary / right-click button.
4. Scroll Wheel — Scroll up and down to navigate content.
5. DPI Button — Press to cycle through DPI levels (800 / 1200 / 1600 / 2400).
6. Charging and DPI LED Indicator — Shows charging status and DPI level via color and flash pattern.
7. Pairing LED Indicator — White LED; flashes during pairing, turns off when paired.
8. Pairing Button — Hold 3–5 seconds to enter pairing mode; press to switch channels.
9. On/Off Switch — Slide to power the mouse on or off.
10. Optical Sensor — Located on the bottom; tracks surface movement.

Powering On / Off

Slide the On/Off Switch on the bottom of the mouse to the ON position to power on. Slide to OFF to power off.

Pairing Your Mouse

To pair with macOS:
1. Go to System Settings > Bluetooth > Nearby Devices. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
2. Power ON your OntheGo Mouse. (Recommended to fully charge the mouse before initial pairing.)
3. Hold the Pairing Button for 3–5 seconds until the white LED begins to flash.
4. Select "OnTheGo Mouse" from the list of available devices.
5. The mouse will show a Connected status when successfully paired.

To switch between paired channels: Press the Pairing Button once — the white LED will flash once on the selected channel.

The OntheGo Mouse supports up to 3 paired devices. Repeat the pairing steps for each additional channel.

Adjusting DPI

Press the DPI Button (on the bottom of the mouse) to cycle through the four DPI levels. The LED Indicator will flash to show the current setting:

1 flash — 800 DPI
2 flashes — 1200 DPI
3 flashes — 1600 DPI
4 flashes — 2400 DPI

LED Indicators

Pairing LED (White):
Flashing white — mouse is in pairing / search mode.
Turns off — pairing was successful.

Charging and DPI LED:
Red — mouse is charging.
Green — mouse is fully charged.
Flashes (1–4 times) — indicates DPI level when DPI Button is pressed.

Charging Your Mouse

Connect the included USB-C charging cable to the USB-C Charging Port on the bottom of the mouse and plug the other end into a computer or USB wall adapter. A full charge takes approximately 2–3 hours. The LED turns red during charging and green when fully charged.

Note: The OntheGo Mouse can be used wirelessly while charging. It does not support wired mode — the USB-C port is for charging only.

Important Notes

No wired mode: The OntheGo Mouse cannot be used in wired mode. It operates wirelessly only. The USB-C cable is for charging only.

Battery percentage not shown on macOS: macOS does not display the battery percentage for the OntheGo Mouse. Use the LED indicator to monitor battery level.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many devices can I pair this mouse with?
The OntheGo Mouse supports pairing with up to 3 devices. Press the Pairing Button to switch between channels.

Can I use this mouse while it's charging?
Yes. The mouse works wirelessly while plugged in and charging.

Why doesn't macOS show the battery percentage?
The OntheGo Mouse does not report battery percentage to macOS. Use the LED Indicator to check battery status — a red LED means it is charging, green means fully charged.

What DPI levels are available?
The mouse supports 800, 1200, 1600, and 2400 DPI. Press the DPI Button on the bottom to cycle through them — the LED flashes 1–4 times to indicate the selected level.

Safety Instructions

Warning: Fire, electric shock, or damage to the mouse could occur if the following instructions are not obeyed.

1. Do not expose to extreme heat or direct sunlight for extended periods.
2. Do not drop or subject the mouse to strong impacts.
3. Keep away from liquids and moisture.
4. Use only the included charging cable or a compatible USB-C cable.
