No. The 4 Port USB-C Hub is built for data transfer and syncing, such as connecting external hard drives, flash drives, keyboards, headphones, or a mouse. It is not designed to charge your devices.
Each port outputs 5V and 0.7A, but that power is only meant to run bus-powered accessories connected to the hub, not to charge phones, tablets, or laptops.
