No. The USB-C ports on the Mobile XR Hub with microSD are not Thunderbolt 4. The hub has two USB-C ports with different roles:

• Data and video port: USB 3.2 Gen 2, up to 10Gbps, with DP Alt Mode for connecting an external monitor through a USB-C-to-HDMI or USB-C-to-DisplayPort cable.
• Charging port: USB 2.0, up to 480Mbps, with USB-C Power Delivery passthrough up to 100W (PD3.1 SPR), depending on your device.
