The USB-C port on the 6-in-1 USB-C Slim Multiport Adapter is a Power Delivery (PD) port for pass-through charging only. It sends power to your connected host device. It does not transfer data and does not output video, so it cannot connect other devices or drive an external monitor. For video, use the HDMI port; for data, use the USB-A ports.
