This article is the user manual for the Satechi Vegan-Leather FindAll™ Luggage Tag (models ST-LFALTK, ST-LFALTW, ST-LFALTR). It covers how to turn the FindAll Luggage Tag on, off, and reset it, how to pair the FindAll Luggage Tag with the Apple Find My app, how to charge the FindAll Luggage Tag, safety warnings, device compatibility, and how to get support.

Turning the FindAll Luggage Tag On, Off, and Resetting It

Power On

Press the FindAll Luggage Tag's power button once to turn the FindAll Luggage Tag on. A confirmation sound will play, indicating the FindAll Luggage Tag is turned on.

Power Off

Quick-press the power button 2 times, then long-press the power button a 3rd time for at least 5 seconds. Two beeps will play, indicating the FindAll Luggage Tag is powered off. When the FindAll Luggage Tag is powered off, the FindAll Luggage Tag's location cannot be found or viewed in the Apple Find My app.

If the FindAll Luggage Tag is not paired within 10 minutes of being turned on, a beep will play and the FindAll Luggage Tag will automatically power off. Press the power button again to continue pairing the FindAll Luggage Tag.

Factory Reset

Quick-press the power button 4 times, then long-press the power button a 5th time for at least 3 seconds. A confirmation sound will play, indicating the factory reset of the FindAll Luggage Tag is complete.

Pairing the FindAll Luggage Tag with the Apple Find My App

1. Confirm the iPhone is set up and the FindAll Luggage Tag is powered on.
2. Open the Apple Find My app on the iPhone.
3. In the Items tab of the Find My app, tap Add New Item.
4. Tap Other Supported Item. The iPhone will search for the FindAll Luggage Tag.
5. Once "Satechi FindAll Luggage Tag" is detected in the Find My app, tap Connect.
6. Follow the onscreen steps in the Find My app to name the FindAll Luggage Tag and register the FindAll Luggage Tag to the Apple ID.
7. Confirm the FindAll Luggage Tag appears in the Items tab of the Find My app. If the FindAll Luggage Tag does not appear in the Items tab, remove the FindAll Luggage Tag from the Find My app, perform a factory reset on the FindAll Luggage Tag (see Factory Reset above), and reconnect the FindAll Luggage Tag.

Important: Do not leave the Apple Find My app while pairing the FindAll Luggage Tag.

Charging the FindAll Luggage Tag

Charge the FindAll Luggage Tag with a MagSafe, Qi, or Qi2 wireless charger. A wireless charger is not included with the FindAll Luggage Tag.

LED Indicators While Charging

• Orange LED (Light Emitting Diode): the FindAll Luggage Tag is charging.
• Green LED: the FindAll Luggage Tag is fully charged.

Battery Life

The FindAll Luggage Tag's battery lasts up to 8 months on a single charge. Satechi recommends fully charging the FindAll Luggage Tag once every 6 months. Battery life may depend on how often the FindAll Luggage Tag is used.

Safety Warnings for the FindAll Luggage Tag

1. Do not expose the FindAll Luggage Tag to temperatures below -10°C (14°F) or above 35°C (95°F).
2. Do not expose the FindAll Luggage Tag to an open flame or submerge the FindAll Luggage Tag in water, as this will damage the FindAll Luggage Tag.
3. Always check the FindAll Luggage Tag, cables, and other accessories for damage before use. If the FindAll Luggage Tag is damaged, do not use the FindAll Luggage Tag.
4. Do not attempt to disassemble, modify, or use sharp objects on the FindAll Luggage Tag, as this may cause serious damage and void the warranty.
5. Do not expose the FindAll Luggage Tag to corrosive liquids or high humidity, as this will seriously damage the FindAll Luggage Tag and void the warranty.

Device Compatibility for the FindAll Luggage Tag

• The FindAll Luggage Tag is compatible with iOS, iPadOS, and macOS after initial pairing with an iPhone or iPad.
• The FindAll Luggage Tag is compatible with Qi, Qi2, and MagSafe wireless chargers.
• The FindAll Luggage Tag has a connection range of 10-20m (33-66ft) indoors and 20-50m (66-164ft) outdoors.
