Product Overview

This tag buckles onto your suitcase, backpack, or travel bag and makes it trackable in the Apple Find My app. Pair it once with your iPhone, and you can view your bag's location from your iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Watch, with help from the Find My network even when it is out of Bluetooth range. A removable identification card holds your contact details the old-fashioned way, and the built-in battery recharges on any MagSafe, Qi, or Qi2 wireless charger with no cables needed.

Setup

No cables or tools required: power on the tag, then add it as an item in the Apple Find My app on your iPhone.

1. Prepare: Ensure your iPhone is set up and your FindAll™ Luggage Tag is powered on. To power on, press the On/Off Button once: you will hear a confirmation sound.
2. Open Find My: Open the Apple Find My app.
3. Add New Item: In the Items tab, tap Add New Item.
4. Other Supported Item: Tap Other Supported Item (your iPhone will search for your FindAll™ Luggage Tag).
5. Connect: Once "Satechi FindAll™ Luggage Tag" is detected, tap Connect.
6. Name and register: Follow the onscreen steps to name it and register it to your Apple ID.
7. Verify: Ensure your FindAll™ Luggage Tag appears in Items. If not, remove the item, perform a factory reset (see below), then reconnect.

Note: Do not leave the Apple Find My app while pairing your FindAll™ Luggage Tag.

Power On, Off, and Factory Reset

1. Power on: Press the power button once. You will hear a confirmation sound, indicating it is turned on.
2. Power off: Quick-press the power button 2 times, then long-press the 3rd time for at least 5 seconds. You will hear two beeps, indicating your FindAll™ Luggage Tag is powered off. (When the device is powered off, you cannot find or view its location.)
3. Factory reset: Quick-press the power button 4 times, then long-press the 5th time for at least 3 seconds. You will hear a confirmation sound, indicating that the factory reset is complete.

Note: If your FindAll™ Luggage Tag is not paired within 10 minutes, you will hear a beep and it will automatically power off. Power on to continue pairing.

Charging

Charge your FindAll™ Luggage Tag by placing the wireless charging area (marked with a lightning bolt on the back) on a MagSafe, Qi, or Qi2 wireless charger. Note: Wireless charger not included.

LED Indicators: Orange: charging. Green: fully charged.

Battery: Battery life up to 8 months on a single charge (may depend on use of the device). Recommended to fully charge your FindAll™ Luggage Tag once every 6 months.

Functions

1. Adjustable Buckle Strap: The vegan leather strap at the top of the tag. Loop it through a suitcase handle or bag strap and fasten the buckle to attach the tag securely.
2. Wireless Charging: The charging area on the back of the tag, marked with a lightning bolt. Place this area on a MagSafe, Qi, or Qi2 wireless charger to recharge the built-in battery. Wireless charger not included.
3. On/Off Button: The power button on the inside of the tag. One press powers the tag on. Quick-press 2 times then long-press the 3rd time (5+ seconds) to power off. Quick-press 4 times then long-press the 5th time (3+ seconds) to factory reset.
4. LED Indicator: The small status light next to the power button. Orange while charging, green when fully charged.
5. Identification Card: A removable card inside the tag where you can write your name and contact information, kept behind a privacy flap.

Important Limitations

Requires an iPhone or iPad for setup: Compatible with iOS, iPadOS, and macOS after initial pairing with an iPhone or iPad. Android and Google Find My Device are not supported.

Wireless charger not included: Compatible with Qi, Qi2, and MagSafe wireless chargers, sold separately.

Connection range: 10 to 20 m indoors, 20 to 50 m outdoors.

No tracking while powered off: When the device is powered off, you cannot find or view its location in Find My.

Auto power off: If the tag is not paired within 10 minutes of powering on, it will beep and automatically power off. Power on to continue pairing.

Temperature and water: Do not expose the device to temperatures below -10°C (14°F) or above 35°C (95°F). Do not expose it to an open flame or submerge it in water, as this will damage the device.

Do not disassemble or modify: Disassembling, modifying, or using sharp objects on the device, or exposing it to corrosive liquids or high humidity, can seriously damage it and void the warranty. Always check the device and accessories for damage before use; if damaged, do not use the device.
