The 100W USB-C PD Wall Charger works with USB-C MacBook models, including the MacBook Pro 16-inch (2019) and the MacBook Air (M1, 2020).

It charges each Mac at that model supported rate. The MacBook Air (M1, 2020) shipped with a 30W adapter, so it draws up to about 30W from this charger, which is exactly what it is designed for. A larger MacBook Pro can draw more, up to the charger 100W ceiling, so a single charger can cover both. Charging is handled automatically through USB-C Power Delivery (PD).
