If a device stops charging on the 145W USB-C 4-Port GaN Travel Charger, it is usually a power-negotiation hiccup that a quick reset clears. The charger automatically detects each device and adjusts how it shares power, and occasionally a device needs to re-negotiate.
Try these steps in order:
- Disconnect all devices and cables from the charger.
- Unplug the charger from the wall outlet.
- Plug the charger back in.
- Reconnect your devices one at a time, starting with the highest-power device on the PD1 port.
It is normal for the charger to feel warm during use. That does not affect performance or harm your devices. If a specific device still will not charge after a reset, try a different USB-C cable rated for that device power needs.
