To use the USB-C connector on the OntheGo™ USB-C Lanyard Cable, gently slide the connector housing upward until the port is fully exposed. When you are finished charging or transferring data, slide the housing back down into its resting position. Do not push the connector straight back or down into the housing; it is designed to slide vertically along its track, and forcing it in at an angle can break the internal hinge or connector base.
