The OntheGo™ USB-C Lanyard Cable is built mainly for charging and everyday syncing, so basic file transfers work, but it is not designed as a high-speed storage cable. It supports USB 2.0 data speeds up to 480 Mbps, which is enough for moving photos, documents, or small folders between your phone and a computer or external drive. Larger transfers, like full backups or large video libraries, will take longer than they would on a cable built for higher USB speeds.
