We do not recommend running macOS or any other operating system from a drive installed in the Stand & Hub for Mac Mini / Studio enclosure. The enclosure is capped at 10 Gbps, which can cause problems when booting or running an operating system. Use the drive for storage, backups, and file transfers instead.
