The keypad uses a U.S.-English layout. If your computer's input language or keyboard layout is set to something else (for example French AZERTY, German QWERTZ, or Spanish ISO), some keys may not match their labels, because key functions are mapped to your system's current language settings. Keys like "=", "/", ",", or "." may output different characters, and some macOS shortcut keys may not align. Switching your system to U.S.-English resolves this.
