Setup
Plug & Play:
1. Connect to a laptop using both USB-C host connectors.
2. Connect your devices.
SSD Installation
1. Remove the SSD enclosure cover using a screwdriver.
2. Insert the M.2 NVMe or SATA SSD at a 30° angle, this side up.
3. Use the screwdriver to secure the SSD in place.
4. Re-install the enclosure cover.
Note: When installing an SSD into the enclosure, ensure the SSD is properly formatted to be read by your host device's operating system.
Important Notes
Both USB-C connectors must be connected to the host device in order for the dock to function properly.
For dual monitor support, use both HDMI ports, or DisplayPort and the HDMI port on the far right. DisplayPort and the adjacent HDMI port will not function simultaneously. Dual monitors are not supported on Apple M1/M2 processors.
Dual extended displays are supported on M3 processors when the laptop lid is closed and in clamshell mode.
Prior to powering off Dual Dock Stand, ensure all external storage devices have been properly ejected. Failure to do so can result in corrupted or lost files.
