2. Use a charger with enough wattage for your laptop. The USB-C Power Delivery port accepts up to 100W of input, and the adapter uses about 15W to run itself, so up to about 85W is left to charge your laptop.
3. Use a USB-C cable rated for charging, since some cables carry data only.
4. Remove high-draw accessories such as drives to see if charging resumes.
