4. On your Mac or mobile device, open Bluetooth settings, select R1 Presenter, then choose Connect. Once paired, the LED blinks slowly for about 10 seconds and then turns off.

7. Stay within Bluetooth range while pairing, which is typically about 30 feet or 10 meters, and move other wireless devices away to reduce interference.
8. If the remote stops responding during setup, press any button to wake it. The R1 Bluetooth Presentation Remote goes into sleep mode after ten minutes of inactivity.
