Important Limitations
The USB ports are not designed for charging, only for device syncing, data transfer and USB peripherals. Use a wall charger for anything that needs to charge.
iPad will only sync via USB-A due to its power wattage requirement for syncing. Connect an iPad to one of the USB-A ports, not to the USB-C port.
When connecting to audio jack, please ensure to select connected audio device from System Settings > Sound > Input/Output. macOS does not always switch to the stand's audio jack on its own.
The USB-A ports do not work with CD readers, including the Apple SuperDrive. They are data and peripheral ports only.
The USB-C port does not support video output or charging. It is a data-only port.
The stand does not fit the 2024 Mac mini (M4). That model has a smaller redesigned body. The stand fits the Mac mini (2018), Mac mini (M1, 2020), Mac mini (M2, 2023) and the Mac Studio.
The aluminum finish can differ slightly in color from your Mac Mini. Small color differences between the stand and the Mac Mini are normal.
